Lowell Poetry Wheel

The Lowell Poetry Wheel is committed to creating and nurturing a culture of empowerment through art in our home city of Lowell and in the wider world. Together, the Lowell Poetry Wheel represents a unique cultural asset for the city of Lowell and the region.

Lowell Poetry Wheel is the umbrella organization for three organizations (Untitled Open Mic, FreeVerse!, and Mill City Speaks) promoting poetry in Lowell, Massachusetts. Begun in 2007, we have been doing poetry and spoken word events and programming throughout the city, as well as representing Lowell in statewide, national, and international poetry festivals and competitions.
